In Nicaragua, President Ortega says he's withdrawing a welfare overhaul package that sparked days of violent protests. Also, a team of inspectors from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons has visited Douma, Syria to investigate a suspected chemical weapons attack there two weeks ago.
