This episode in the De-clutter Project is all about habits. Habits can be related to EVERYTHING in your home. When done eating, rinse your dishes and put them in the dishwasher right away. When you are changing outfits, or undressing, hang clothes up, put them back into their drawer, or the hamper don't let them sit on the floor. Ever. When you're done doing your hair, put the hair products back in their place.
So lets talk habits. Habits are a way of making our life easier. When something is a habit you just do it. You don’t have to over think it you just do it mindlessly. Habits give you rewards. In this episode Chalene gives you the steps to create habits.
